The musical piece is a two-part invention in F-minor for keyboard (harpsichord) in a Baroque style, written by amateur musician Philip Kanellopoulos as a student's exercise in 1988 in Claremont, California, and recorded using the Finale NotePad software (version 2012).

A record of WNOX's Tennessee Barn Dance airing every saturday night. Emcee was Lowell Blanchard. The first tune to hear on this recording is the theme song "Gonna Raise A Ruckus Tonight", later Larry Mathis plays the "Dixie Breakdown" with the barn dance band. Stąd zilustrowanie muzyki do ostatniej części Baletu fragmentami obrazu Artura Grottgera.] Kolejność ma być wedle partytury następująca: Khelas, Gitana, (Khelas ze śpiewem tu pominietym), Gitana, Eros i Psyche – część A, Gitana, Eros i Psyche – cześć B z gonitwą za motylem. Opera ta jest oparta na opowiadaniu Washingtona Irvinga opublikowanym w "Tales of the Alhambra', autorem libretta był Wladysław Tarnowski, który także przetłumaczył opowiadanie (Powieść o księciu Ahmedzie al Kamel albo o pielgrzymie miłości.) Akcja opery dzieje się na terenie dzisiejszej Hiszpanii a głównym bohaterem jest syn władcy Grenady. Partytura: Władysław Tarnowski ps.
